Facebook Adds a New Feature to its Creator Studio to Help Publishers with Managing Messages!

Facebook’s Creator Studio has just added a familiar feature. In case you are not aware, Creator Studio gives Publishers a platform to manage everything related to their Facebook pages and Instagram profiles, from one place. Posts, Messages and various Analytical factors can be accessed and controlled through the Creator Studio.

The change in question was spotted by social media consultant Matt Navarra who took to Twitter and posted that Facebook's Creator Studio will now allow users to attach notes, labels and even “activities” to the messages that get sent to the particular creator’s Page(s) or their Facebook/Instagram profiles.

A screenshot was also attached by Navarra showing the placement of the new feature and details about it. The “label” option will allow page admins to describe or organize people. “Activity” will help creators to keep track of customer interactions. Last but not the least, “Notes” can be used by Page Admins to remember crucial details about people.

The feature was previously available in facebook.com, messenger.com and most likely within the app, according to Navarra.

The ability for a creator to mark activities, create labels and make notes of people and the interactions regarding a page that is managed by them is surely something that has been in demand for quite some time now. It will be interesting to see how this change plays out. In case you run a page and have access to creator studio, you are encouraged to try out these new additions as well.
