Google is working on bringing many new features to Workspace but it is for premium users only

In this era of technology, where every new day brings new possibilities and developments with it, the world has become more digitized than ever. Most of the work we do is done on our devices, and we need tools that would help us to get about our everyday work with little to no hassle. The new Google Workspace Individual is one such tool.

After launching in Europe earlier this year in August, this new tool has finally come to 12 new countries alongside an increase of storage space to 1Tb of storage. The tool launched in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Japan last year and was made specifically for single-person small businesses that have taken root ever since Covid hit. Next, the tool was launched in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK, and Switzerland. This Workspace tier is available now in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Greece, and Argentina and retails for $9.99 per month.

Moving on, this Google Workspace Individual comes with 1TB of storage rather than the 15GB that was previously offered. This is quite the upgrade as 1Tb is a huge amount of storage that can help small businesses manage order lists and other files quite easily. This change will happen automatically so, there will be no need to manually download it by deleting the app first. The release date or even the month is not clear just yet and the only thing we know is that this feature will be out soon.

Alongside that, Google is now adding the ability to use mail merge tags like @firstname, so when each person receives any email regarding their order or any promotional offers, the email will feel like it was made especially for them.

Google Calendar will also offer appointment booking through a landing page so both the customer and the business person will have their agendas right in front of them when they book an appointment. Secondly, Google Meet will also offer some premium perks for its users like long group calls and audio enhancements. Alongside that, Google Docs is also being given the feature of Electronic Signatures so, there will be absolutely no need of printing and sending out contracts whenever they need to be signed for like big orders etc.
