The automated advertisement tools are renamed by Meta, for a more specific insight on their respective purposes

Meta is well aware of the requirements of the advertisers and therefore it is looking to increase the performance of the advertisements to aid the marketers achieve their desired business goals.

Meta is the new name of the business empire set up by the 37 years old philanthropist and the internet entrepreneur Mark Zuckerberg. As per the news, In February 2022, Meta announced to improve the performance of advertisement campaigns. Meta this week has announced that it has accomplished combining all of its automated ad products under a brand new portfolio, Meta Advantage, that will help the users to effortlessly discover their desired products and gain benefits from them.

A user may find these automated advertisements quite fascinating because these automated ads are designed to generate the most suitable ads for the audience. These automated advertisements depend on machine learning. According to a Facebook survey, around 77% advertisers, after testing these automated advertisements, concluded that these automated ads can be quite efficient to use. These advertisers also reported that by using these automated ads, they were able to save up to several hours within a week.

As per the announcement, Meta Advantage is going to be made up of 2 product lines, which are 1) Advantage: These features tend to be more inclined towards the manual campaign setup, for instance the lookalikes expansion and detailed targeting tools within the bounds of the selected audience. And 2) Advantage+: With these features, the advertisers will be given the opportunity to self operate a whole work flow of their manual campaign setup, for instance creative or placements.

According to Gosku Nebol Perlman, a product marketing director of Meta, the social network is currently working to release Advantage+ campaign for shopping, this feature is currently being tested by the Beta users and is called Automated shopping advertisements. It is expected that this automated shopping advertisement feature will be released by the end of 2022.

As one can clearly see that there is nothing new with the above mentioned features, only Meta has renamed the automated ads tools for the users to gain maximum insight on the purpose of each respective tool. These tools are quite efficient as they are designed to eliminate poor target approaches by displaying most relevant ads to the users.
