The company announced this potential about a year ago at the annual developer conference but that was in the beta format for some time. Now the company has decided to bring it to official form from the beta version so that it can help the holders of personal sites publishing video content.

The holder of personal sites must be careful while applying the Seek-to-Action markup. The URLs of the video that the holder is providing to Google should include a root link into a few spots other than the initial points. Video object-designed data should be put into a web page so that searchers can view such content. If the holder of the video uses the ability of Seek-to-Action in the important parts of the content where the holder wants the company to find out such parts and the length of the video content should be 30sec. The site owner should also understand that Google applies this ability to video content inserted on one’s personal sites, not the third-part sites.
