Beware! Viral Social Media Messages Are Offering False Coronavirus Tips

A viral post containing dubious Coronavirus suggestions claims to be from Stanford Hospital/University and Shenzhen Hospital is making rounds on social media platforms, including Facebook, Whatsapp and Twitter.

According to Snopes (the internet’s definitive fact-checking resource) the claims of "drinking water every 15 minutes will wash coronavirus" are completely false.

Similarly, holding a deep breath for 10 seconds to test the coronavirus is not a right way to check the COVID-19 disease, that's according to Dr. Loren Rauch.
