Facebook Messenger rolls out Ignore Messages feature for Desktop Beta Users

Facebook is one of the many apps that keeps sending updates for better user experience. Recently, Facebook sent an update for its Desktop Messenger (Beta) app and took its app to the version 350.3.122.0. The update stormed Messenger with a useful feature that will be beneficial for the users in the long run.

As spotted by Aggiornamentilumi, now you can easily disregard a chat on Messenger by simply clicking on the Ignore Message feature that you will find by doing a right-click on the chat and from the pull-down menu.

We all are pretty tired of receiving unwanted messages in Facebook Messenger and want to get rid of it. Now, you can actually do this. By ignoring one message, you can get rid of the messages from the same person forever. If  a user messages you again, it will directly go to your message requests section, hence, no bothering whatsoever.

Apart from it, Messenger also comes with a renewed splash screen along with updates for sending video clips and documents from the app. Also, the full-screen mode, updates emoticons, new icon, and the Dark Mode further improves the Messenger’s UI.

If you have not checked the updates yet, go get a look. You will be amazed!
