Twitter’s Progressive Web App Gets New Features in Major Update

Twitter’s app has been perhaps the most popular way for users to check out the social media platform, but for the longest time it did not receive any major kind of update all in all. However, it seems like the social media platform had been saving a major update for when they had a lot of new features to offer because now that the update is coming you are going to get plenty of new features that you would be able to use as you connect with people on the platform.

This update is coming to the PWA or progressive web app which has standardized the user experience across a wide variety of operating systems. According to Twitter's Release Notes, the explore tab is getting a major upgrade, giving you many more options that would enable you to connect with the kind of content that you are truly passionate about. You are also going to get a quality filter for your DMs which would be useful for people that have their DMs open to anyone that wants to message them since it would filter out messages that are not all that important or are perhaps unsavory in nature.

The navigation is also being improved in the mobile app for this platform, something that will make it a lot easier for users to get around. Another update that you are getting is that you would be able to save particular searches for future reference, something that would make it easier to pick up your research where you left off.

All in all, this update is really going to improve the average user experience on the social media platform, and chances are that it will attract a lot more users to the platform as well which is good news for Twitter as it has been experiencing a resurgence in recent times and this means that the resurgence will continue.
