YouTube bringing more offline-mode features for its premium users

YouTube is one of the largest online video streaming platforms. Millions of users from all over the world use this platform for various ways. Some people use to search for a variety of content required whereas some people use it to earn revenue. Some people use this platform to search for new trending content whereas some use to create and upload new content for their subscribers. YouTube also enables its users to add their desired videos in the specific playlists according to their requirements.

In any successful business customer satisfaction plays a vital role. YouTube always tries to bring ease in the life of its users with the new updates. The core focus of Google-owned social network is to bring new and unique features for its users to stand out as compared to others. The main focus is to make users life as comfortable as possible by providing a variety of features.

Automatically download your favorite videos

We often like some specific videos but YouTube’s major drawback is to only watch those videos online. We like some content but we can only watch them online and without the internet it’s of no use. Recently, YouTube spotted testing a new feature that can help make this limitation go away. Now users of YouTube premium can automatically download their favorite videos and watch them offline without worrying about anything else at all.

The new feature for YouTube’s premium subscribers

This new feature could help make viewing content offline a lot easier for its users. YouTube is currently offering automatic downloads to its Premium subscribers. Some premium subscribers can now see a pop-up banner offering to automatically download favorite videos. In the “Downloads” section, users can pick topics and channels to save to view offline and each card indicates how long the videos are, which will help to detect the storage of each video you’re saving.

As YouTube is trying to bring new features and new updates to bring more ease for its users, last month YouTube made similar changes to YouTube Music. If you are a YouTube Music Premium subscriber, you can easily have the feature to automatically download up to 500 of your favorite songs to listen whenever the internet services are facing some glitches.

To save on data, downloads only take place when the device is connected to Wi-Fi and happen overnight.

We aren’t sure but apparently YouTube’s automatic video downloads feature will be similar to YouTube’s Music for premium subscribers.
