iMovie App on Apple Receive Several new Features in this Latest Update Including Green Screen Swapping

iMovie app on Apple receives many new features with the recent update. Now the app has a green screen effect, ClassKit support is added along with support transparent images and a lot more.

The green screen allows changing the background that is shot in front of the green or blue screens, as in Chroma. The update includes many other features:

· Removing or changing the background of the clips shot in front of a green or blue background.

· Strength slide and 40 point mask can be used to alter the green screen mask.

· Logos can be added to the video by dropping the background-less images or designed graphics into it.

· Music of various genres with 80 newly added tracks can be added to video and will automatically fit according to the length of the video.

· Picture-in-picture and split-screen effects’ borders can be camouflaged.


· For picture-in-picture and split-screen effects, overlays can be added in the form of pictures.

· When a user switches back to iMovie other apps, it is straightly directed to the project’s edit screen.

· Clicking the “…” menu at the bottom of the Project screen lets users open their Theater windows if they have a video in iMovie Theater.

· ClassKit support allows students to submit their video assignments via Schoolwork app to their teachers.

· iMovie Theater no longer allows sharing. Users have to save their movies in iCloud Photos to play it on other devices like Apple TV.

· When a video fullscreen was previewed on an external display, an issue directed to the black viewer. With the new update, the issue has been resolved.
