Among all the other messaging apps such as Messenger, Webchat- which is a Chinese app, and Instagram, WhatsApp has the highest users: 2 million. Thanks to WhatsApp that has made our life easier by providing us its new updates. Additionally, it has now made it easier for stakeholders to sell and buy products through its new feature ‘Carts.’

Fortunately, Whatsapp has never faced disappointment among users over any of its rolled-out features. The app aims to let people share documents, locations, videos, photographs, and audio along with text messages with the reliability of end-to-end encryption.

Previously, Whatsapp desktop and Whatsapp web clients couldn’t start a video or even voice call which was a cause of headache to them. Whatsapp was rumored to work on this problem. WABetaInfo is an independent portal that provides the latest news regarding WhatsApp's plans and the rolling-out features. According to the news company, the update is available on the beta. However, the company is still finding ways to improve. Technology experts predict that once the app is completely introduced and available to all the users, it might give tough challenges to huge companies like Google Meet, Microsft Teams, and Zoom.

However, if the desktop user needs to start a call, he would be required to open the chat and select the video or audio call option. The options would be located exactly on the top right corner. Regular iOS or Android users can have a maximum of eight members in a group video or audio call. Nonetheless, the company hasn’t yet revealed that would it be the same for Whatsapp web users.

Reports suggest that Facebook and Whatsapp haven’t yet revealed information regarding the stable availability of this most wanted feature.
