LinkedIn Outlines How Pandemic Has Made Job Hunters Active On Its Network And How The Platform Influenced Working Strategy To Shift On Digital Means

LinkedIn, the professional's network, shared a report in which they stated that since this pandemic, people have been active on its platform more than ever. This is for of course reasons. The entire businesses are being operated remotely. Everything is now being handled digitally. People are now migrating towards a new framework and new tools.

In their report, LinkedIn discuss tips for businesses regarding how they should communicate with their consumers during this pandemic.

LinkedIn says that this new business approach has made its network an even more active platform. There are a large number of people looking for jobs and a large number of employers searching for talented candidates among the crowd.

The platform further reported that they have noticed a 52% growth in engagement on articles that mention remote working and work from home. Since majority of companies are operating remotely or semi remotely, this topic is expected to remain escalating till the pandemic ends.

Business continuity is even bigger and hot topic as according to LinkedIn this category saw a 144% jump in engagement.

The LinkedIn report clarifies that key technology audience has also been super active.

LinkedIn further divulged that things and situation cannot be predicted at the moment, but the company which manages to survive in customer’s mind will take the huge chunk of the market.
