Can Chat Communication Kill The Art of Conversation Modern Generation?
Do you know that moment when the one with whom you are hanging around is actually listening when you are telling him something? Well, those moments seem so far when online communication is growing stronger and stronger.

In a society where we embraced this part of technology, the smartphone has become an integral part of our communication, and, more recently, we forgot to use real interaction, and the emoticons are the modern communication mode.

The art of conversation has been replaced in the last 20 years, slowly but fundamentally with online and instant messages. But the main problem is that people are increasingly aiming to mix reality with the virtual world. We risk choosing the virtual world, given its benefits, and, in time, losing the ability to make a difference between them. In order not to lose all the real relationships with our friends, colleagues, and family, we should find a balance between the real world and the virtual world, between online and real socialization, between real and virtual games.

What impact can this have on us?

The online communication enjoys the trust of the public and the society, being invested with multiple social benefits. We can mention some benefits which can be confirmed by some users which he/she has used:

- An instant message which can be delivered all over the world

- You don’t need to be afraid that someone will see your mood

- You can be funny/sad/upset/nervous and never show this

- You can build a better image

- You are not analyzed by your look, but by your writing style

Specialists say that thing can go in a really bad direction, mainly because social skill cannot be developed using only social media or online communication. What solution do we have? Let us limit our communication through social networks, call instead of writing on online chats, meeting with them in the city, or visit each other at home. When was your last visit to your best friend and when you spoke face to face with him, having a coffee or a glass of wine?

The benefits of face-to-face communication

If we choose to communicate face to face, we will be more honest, and we will better express our feelings and emotions. In the real world you can not hide your sadness, amazement or joy, nor can you lie too much because the interlocutor will "catch" your reactions – details which in writing cannot be seen. Instead, if you hide behind a screen, you can create exactly the image you want.

Face-to-face communication relieves you of poor mental states, even helping to cure depression. Communicating with others, find out that the real world is not as pink as social networks where everyone is happy, in beautiful places with smiles to the ears. The more you communicate face to face with others you will cease to compare your real life to the virtual one of others.

Talking with your friends and colleagues makes you smarter. It's much easier to throw two or three words in an SMS or chat window than to search for the right words in a half-hour conversation. So, face-to-face communication helps build the friendship relationships we have with the people we know, and at the same time, it facilitates socialization.

When should we choose to write instead of call/meet face-to-face?

Writing to somebody a text it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is conversations kill. Of course, when we are thinking to thesis papers or essay writing the best choice is to choose essays for sale online, as you don’t need to take care of these aspects. When you are working, let’s say, to your thesis you cannot call your leading teacher at any hour and ask him/her a million questions.

Or, meeting/calling with someone cannot be an option when your friend is in a meeting, or he is unable to answer you because he is working on something. Then, giving a message can be a lifesaver as he will read SMS as soon as she will have a couple seconds free.

How online communication affects children?

Many children choose this type of communication expressly because they can be anything in the world without any barrier. They don’t need to respect any rule, and, for them, this is the perfect world, even more, if the parents are very strict when it comes to the children behavior or programme.

The risk of this activity is that they can turn into a person who will not be able to have friends (that will turn out to be, from the psychological perspective a real trauma), will not be able to express themselves in public or to gain somebody trust in a face-to-face discussion.

Any action which does not turn into a lifestyle can be very useful to anybody. That’s way, virtual communication can be a strong tool for someone when they need it, but at the same time, can be a liability if it is used excessively.
