With 51% looking to optimize their content marketing over the next 12 months, there is a pretty good chance that the use of Gen AI has nowhere to go but up.

The 2020s will see a massive paradigm shift in all walks of life due to the rise of AI. By 2026, it’s estimated that 50% of customers will be utilizing AI to find better deals online, thereby making this cutting edge tech an important consideration for ecommerce.

AI can also boost leads to purchase conversions by as much as 40%. As a result of the fact that this is the case, 50% of A500 firms will be incorporating AI into their marketing journeys. It can clearly be seen that AI is not just going to replace humans in the performing of mundane tasks. It will also create a situation wherein higher degrees of specialization can be acquired across the board with all things having been considered and taken into account.

Hopping on the AI bandwagon will be critical because of the fact that this is the sort of thing that could potentially end up keeping firms on par with their competitors. Some experts are of the opinion that this won’t actually decrease paying jobs. Quite on the contrary, marketers will fine tune their roles and use AI to their advantage. Story telling is one thing AI can’t do very well right now, and a human touch will be required in data analytics in the near future.
