New Pinterest TV Studio App Allows Creators To Livestream Easily To The Platform

Pinterest has recently launched a new app that is sure to make the lives of so many creators easier.

The platform’s new venture gives creators the opportunity to Livestream directly to the platform in a quick and convenient way.

This new app is called the Pinterest TV Studio and it’s designed for both users of Android and iOS, where a group of selected creators can now go live while using a number of devices. This provides great flexibility in terms of camera angles as mentioned in the description for the new app.

It’s quite interesting how Pinterest failed to announce the new application’s debut and that probably is related to the fact that it isn’t available to the majority of creators, as of now.

After its first launch, creators will need to type in a code or perhaps scan barcodes so that they can get access to a plethora of live streaming tools that come with the application.

This move is being called out by critics as more evidence of how strongly the platform is working to carve out a niche in the modern landscape of social media today. Remember, strong rivals such as TikTok are forcing other social media giants to shift their focus more towards videos than anything else.

Hence, that’s one major reason why you’ll be seeing leading apps like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube amongst others doing just that. And in case you didn’t know, they all put exciting features on offer in terms of live streaming too.

On the other hand, you’ll find Pinterest trying to work its magic across a leading number of ventures that are video-related. This includes the Idea Pins- a fun mixture of video and pins through tappable stories.

Just last week, he heard the firm mention how they’re busy experiencing a massive 25% surge in savings of Pins over the past quarter. Moreover, this aligns seamlessly for those users that follow a number of video creators on Pinterest, when compared to those that don’t.

Last year in November, we saw Pinterest launching its famous Pinterest TV which was an app that featured a number of live videos that came from creators experimenting with countless themes like food, lifestyle, fashion, DIY, home, and beauty.

After being aired live, they are then present for later viewing, as per user preference. But at the start, we saw only a limited number of creators being allowed to take part.

For now, this new TV Studio app by Pinterest has been live for the past few days. It can be found on both Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store. And while you won’t find too many downloads right now, experts predict growth in the near future.

Pinterest confirmed how the launch has taken place recently but it also shed light on how it didn’t plan on revealing more in detail descriptions for the time being. Just a brief outline was given regarding its efforts toward giving creators more opportunities to grow via innovative programming.
