Microsoft’s New Suggestions Tool Can Help People Write Better

Writing is something that a lot of people want to do. Whether they are doing it out of dreams of becoming a famous novelist, are trying to write a paper that would condense their research into a form that anyone can understand or if they are just trying to get their work done for college or school, writing is something that everyone needs to be good at but the fact of the matter is that it is not quite as easy as all that and there are a lot of things that you might not be able to understand about this sort of thing.

If you have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription, you would be happy to know that there are tools that can help you with this, namely the Rewrite Suggestions tool that Microsoft unveiled last year. The way this tool works is that it notices awkward phrasing in your writing and gives you suggestions that would be able to improve this. However, according to Zhang Li a new update coming to Microsoft Word that is going to make an even bigger difference, and this update will basically allow Rewrite Suggestions tool to recommended entire sentences for you to write rather than just phrases.

Needless to say, this is a huge leap forward and will make it so that a lot of people will be able to write far better than they used to be able to before, something that is definitely going to enable a lot more writing to get out there on a regular basis. Most of the time these are things that need to be taken seriously and it is good that Microsoft has introduced a tool that is going to be enormously useful in this regard especially due to the reason that there are so many people that are struggling to get work done these days.
