Google Go Gets Worldwide Android Launch

The internet has brought quite a bit of good into the world, but one of the most significant examples of the internet making people’s lives easier is that it has made it possible for everyone to use the same services around the world.

For example, everyone uses Google and YouTube and other such platforms, which means that there is a little more consistency in the services that can be provided by large companies on a global basis rather than just focusing on local markets and the benefits that said local markets can provide.

However, the fact of the matter is that some places in the world have better internet than others, so in order to truly access a global market companies like Google need to take this into account.

This is why Google has launched a series of apps such as YouTube Go, which is available in quite a few countries but not the United States as of this point in time, Google Maps Go, which is available worldwide, and the latest addition to this series of apps and programs Google Go, which is the basic search engine that has been designed to work even if the internet connection is not as fast as would have been optimal for the platform all in all.

The manner in which Google Go and other Go apps manage to work even if the internet connection is not as stable as would have been optimal for this sort of purpose is that they tend to use a lot less storage and memory, and they focus as much of the bandwidth as possible on the query that the user is putting in.
"At just over 7MB, Google Go helps make sure your phone stays speedy when you’re traversing the web. It also puts web versions of your favorite apps at your fingertips, giving you the option of downloading fewer apps on your phone.", announced Bibo Xu Product Manager, Google Go. Adding further, "And if you lose connectivity when you using Google Go, it will remember your place and even retrieve your search results for you once you’re back online."
This is a highly innovative way of making things easier for global users, and will improve the connectivity that the internet has provided to so many different people from all around the world thereby contributing to the formation of an actual global community.
