YouTube Releases a List of Most Recommended Phones on Basis of Compatibility With the Social Platform

YouTube just recently released a list of mobile phones, which are found to be the most compatible with the social medium. Along with the list was disclosed the criteria upon which the platform judged various mobile phone brands and companies. The criteria was something like follows:

1. High dynamic range
2. High frame rate 
3. Reliable DRM performance
4. 4K decoding
5. Next generation video codecs

Surprisingly though, none of the Apple products qualified onto the list. It appears so that the company does not want to update its features in accordance with the requirements of YouTube. The phones which made it to the list include Google Pixel 2 XL and Samsung Galaxy S9+.
