LinkedIn Adds Two New Features, Followers Analytics For Pages And Audio Recording Of Your Name

LinkedIn has been widely used job-hunting platform. Since this pandemic has made the situation worst, people are more eagerly active on this platform. To keep users' interaction in view, LinkedIn has launched a new feature for business pages to analyze who is following your page. According to the screenshots shared by Matt Navarra, the option itself defines its availability as it has been highlighted with a label ‘new’.

The new option is available in the analytical tab. You can tap and see who has been following you. This is beneficial to see which type of people are following the page and what content would they prefer. Although LinkedIn pages are not made for traditional entertainment content still it is a good idea to make your page look engaging. This option can also help thank the specific follower for the following. However, this list of followers is not available for downloading purposes. You can only view it online. Through this new addition, a LinkedIn user can also keep an eye on how other or similar pages have been processing regarding followers and profile engagement.

Here comes the most fascinating part. LinkedIn has now added an audio option. A user can add audio to its profile. This will help the profile visitors to know the name pronunciation. Of course the situation becomes very frustrating when someone mispronounces the name. Isn’t it a good idea to teach people about your name before they visit you? Whenever a user opens his profile, an option will prompt up. It will offer to add name pronunciation. You can tap on the option. Once you have tapped a built-in audio recorder will appear. You can record your name and save it. Whenever a visitor will visit your profile he will be able to know the pronunciation of your name.
